WinJoy (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit winjoy.games (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you use the contact form, join the crowdfunding campaign or message us directly, we may receive your name, company, email or messenger handle, and the content of your message, as well as the donation details you choose to share (amount and support option).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data when you browse the Site: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed and time spent. This data is aggregated and used to keep the Site working well.

Payment information. We do not store card or account payment details on our servers. Any payment processing is handled by external providers subject to their own privacy policies.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your requests and questions; manage your participation in the crowdfunding campaign; publish your name, nickname or company in the public donors rating if you choose to (or list you as “Anonimous” if you prefer to stay private); improve the Site and our products; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies

The Site uses only the minimum technical cookies required for it to function. We do not use advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site (hosting, communications), and only to the extent necessary; or when disclosure is required by law. Links to third-party services (such as Telegram or LinkedIn) lead to platforms governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Names, nicknames or companies published in the donors rating and partners page remain there as part of the public campaign record, as described at the point of contribution. If you asked to be listed as “Anonimous”, no personal data is published.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or ask us to stop using it. You may also withdraw any consent you previously gave at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at partners@winjoy.games. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information in commercially acceptable ways.

9. Children

The Site and our games are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
